Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes back in their original Marie Claire branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
